2023 Acura MDX

The 2023 Acura MDX is Acura’s latest model for the MDX series. With a starting price of $57,900, the 2023 model is mostly similar to the previous year’s model. Small added features, such as the three Years of AcuraLink™ Services and Acura Maintenance Program for two years are standard additions.

Fuel and Driving

The MDX averages 12.6 L/100Km in the city. On the highway, the MDX will average 9.4L/100Km. With a 70-litre fuel tank, you’ll ride far on a single tank.

The Lane-Keeping-Assist System helps drivers keep the MDX centred in its lane through a camera that tracks lane lines. This system makes steering the MDX more precise and controlled.

The 2023 model comes with Adaptive Cruise Control to reduce the stress of driving, detecting vehicles ahead of itself and regulating vehicle speed.

Safety

The 2023 Acura MDX has several safety features, such as the Collision Mitigation Braking System with advanced pedestrian detection. The software alerts drivers to potential collisions and helps reduce the impact should the collision be unavoidable. 

Road-Departure Mitigation is part of the standard AcuraWatch service. This feature keeps drivers alerted to any potential disembarking of roads and changing of lanes. Steering torque is generated to counteract the lane or road leaving.

Power and More

Housing a 290-HP, 3.5L V-6 engine, the latest model is powerful and capable. The engine is front-wheel drive, making the double-wishbone front suspension a marvel for turning corners and general handling on the road. The engine has an output 267 lb-ft of torque.

The transmission is a 10-speed automatic transmission (10AT) that helps your fuel efficiency and performance. The transmission can be controlled by the centre console’s electronic gear selector or the steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters. 

Layout Options

A car needs to suit its driver, and the MDX offers two interiors and six exteriors to fit any driver.

Interior

The MDX interior comes in two colour options, Ebony and Red. Fitting your option is three-row seating, allowing for up to seven passengers with ease. The second row features a removable middle seat, creating captain seats and allowing better access to the back row of seats.

Exterior

The MDX comes in six exterior colour options, Majestic Black Pearl, Liquid Carbon Metallic, Lunar Silver Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, Apex Blue Pearl and Performance Red Pearl. These six options will vary depending on availability and supply changes.
